About Me

Lenise is a Brazilian technology enthusiast who is actively transitioning into the field after recently enrolling in the Google UX Designer program on Coursera.

Originally trained as an Occupational Therapist (OT) at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), she began her career transition by attending the SheCodes junior coding bootcamp.

After nearly 10 years working in the mental health field, she now applies her problem-solving skills and human-centered approach to the world of technology. Her career change reflects a purposeful shift toward innovation and digital solutions.

With a global outlook, Lenise lived in the Netherlands for 10 months and has traveled to 9 countries (and counting). These experiences built her cultural adaptability and resilience. Now as a digital nomad, she balances tech pursuits with creative hobbies like painting, dancing, taking photographs, and diving into TV series—all fueling her innovative thinking in dynamic settings.
